However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer options for returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges. Please read our policy below for detailed information.

Eligibility for Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, including undamaged packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact. Products that have been installed, used, altered, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Initiating a Return

To begin the return process, contact our customer support team via email at support@circuitnexusshop.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA number, please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition and include proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice). Important Information

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely. Circuit Nexus Shop is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to verify its condition. Refunds, store credits, or exchanges will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit or debit card statement, depending on your card issuer. You will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been successfully processed.

Exceptions to Returns

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products purchased during a sale or marked as "FINAL SALE."
Software downloads, gift cards, and special-order items.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
